Employees of RATP Dev London who had delivered and excelled in their work were recognised at the company’s Inspire awards, held at The Lensbury Hotel in Teddington on November 26.
Awards were presented for nine different categories of excellence: ‘top driver’, ‘top technician’, ‘outstanding manager’, ‘safety champion’, ‘community champion’, ‘unsung hero’, ‘customer service’, ‘top steward’ and ‘top team’.
The Inspire awards ceremony was a high-profile event, which attracted several guests of honour. These included Mike Weston, director of buses for Transport for London; Jean-Louis Onnis, HR director of RATP Dev Group, Richard Casling, chief financial officer and Tim Jackson, chief executive officer of RATP Dev, Great Britain and Ireland.
Richard Hall, managing director of RATP Dev London, was on hand to present the awards. He said: “This year we had more categories and more nominations than ever before. Everyone who was nominated was a winner but our finalists were those who really excelled and everyone should be very proud of their success. This is part of our strategy to put our people
at the heart of everything we do and showcase our great talent.”
